This year, 96black is donating $1000 to the Starship Hospital on behalf of our clients and in lieu of Christmas gifts. We're also raising awareness of gross profit taking by the big four Australian owned banks operating in New Zealand.

In 2011 and a tough economic climate, Australian owned banks took over $2.7 billion dollars in profit from New Zealanders.* That's our hard earned dollars that are heading to Australia and away from ordinary hard working kiwis.

We think that needs to change.

It's time that Kiwi's started supporting Kiwi's. There are a whole range of great New Zealand banks to choose from which will ensure that any profits earned stay in this country.
